Clear and Upfront Attorney Fees in Harrisonburg, Virginia
We believe in being upfront about pricing so you can make an informed decision without pressure.
After learning about wills and trusts, the next question is usually the same: How much is this going to cost?
While no two situations are identical, we believe you deserve a clear understanding of typical fees before deciding whether to move forward. We use flat‑fee pricing for most estate planning services and do not charge hidden fees.
Final pricing depends on your goals and circumstances, which we review together during your consultation.
Estate Planning Pricing
For estate planning, we begin with a free consultation so that Beth can learn about your situation and goals. At the end of that meeting, she will explain her recommendation and confirm the price. There is no obligation to move forward.

The Fine Print
This page is intended to provide general information about typical fees and does not create an attorney‑client relationship or represent a final estimate for services to be provided.
This pricing guide is not a promise to represent. Some situations may require additional work beyond flat fees. We do not start any legal work unless Beth has reviewed your matter and you have a signed engagement letter on file with our firm.
