Elizabeth Kibler

Client Services Manager

I grew up in Shenandoah County, where my parents owned a small business. Watching them build something of their own shaped how I think about work, responsibility, and the fulfillment that comes with taking care of people in your community.

After graduating from high school in 2006, I moved to Harrisonburg to attend James Madison University, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

I have always been driven by curiosity. That mindset gave me the courage to move to Florida so that I could work at the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida and then move again to work at the Disneyland Resort in California. My time with Disney strengthened my love of helping people and showed me how small moments can make a lasting impact.

Eventually, I returned to Virginia and spent over a decade working at a local financial planning firm. During that time, I also earned my Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Eastern Mennonite University. That experience deepened my appreciation for leading with empathy, understanding people’s needs, and recognizing how we show up for others in the workplace really matters.

Today, I’m proud to be part of the team at Beth Driver Law, where I help support clients through the estate planning process. Translating complexity into explanations that make sense.

I live in Harrisonburg with my husband, Jason, and our three cats. In my down time I’m usually listening to an audiobook and working on a Lego set.
